Emergency brake Adjustment for Hyundai Tiburon?

The adjusting screw is in the center console, left of the handbrake. you will need a 10mm wrench.
If you have your car manual,then check Section 2 of your owner's manual.

Emergency brake is not to use it in cold weather as it could freeze.

On Hyundai Tiburon emergency brake can't be adjusted from under the car, must be done from inside.
The console needs to be removed .You will see there is a 12mm nut in the very rear center of the console that adjusts the cable pull of the handbrake.

Also if you notice that the passenger wheel emergency brake is working and the driver side is not working.
Then its a problem of stiff mechanism at the wheel ; some penetrating oil will loosen it up and it will work fine.
Handbrake should operate both rear wheel brakes.

Also other easy option is

Hyundai should have drilled a hole at the end of the console to facilitate reaching the adjusting nut rather than having to remove the console.
There is a little square 3 inch square trap door at the end of the console tray.
Gently pry that door open with a small screwdriver, the e-brake adjusitng nut is directly below it clearly visible This method is quick and easy.

To replace the headlight bulbs you need to follow this procedure:-------Behind the headlights, there is a round light gray circular cover (approx 4" in diameter). Turn it counter-clockwise about 90 degrees until it stops turning. After it stops pull it outwards (you may use a flat head screwdriver to pry it off at this point). Now you'll be able to remove the bulb igniter.Its a silver bulky thing with a braided wire attached to it. By turning it counter-clockwise and pulling outwards. Now look at the rear end of the bulb, which is still being held onto the projector by two clips. To remove that you need to pull the ends of the clips inwards and pull out.

I too have replaced the factory bulbs with 6000k, philips ultinon bulbs. Best quality and color in my opinion...

For the high beam bulbs... not much you can do. They're run at 1/2 voltage during DRL and NO replacement bulb will emit a white light under these circumstances. You cannot replace them with HID bulbs either. There are aftermarket bulbs that make attempts at emitting whiter light, but none that really make a difference without looking tacky in DRL mode (rainbow effect) or losing serious output in high beam mode. Most mechanics replace high beam bulbs with HIR bulbs. They emit the same color light as the standard ones.

Power window fuse location for Chevrolet Blazer?

It's a circuit breaker. It being hot means there is a short. I would check the wiring that goes into the door. On the newer 2nd gens, there is also a main power wire that runs across the middle of the driver side footwell from front to back that can corrode and/or short out.

There is a 30 amp Circuit Breaker, located in the Fuse Block for Power windows.
You need to test before & after the Power Window Switch to the 2 wires on the Window Motor:
At the Window Motor 2 wires:
Should work like this:
Key ON
Switch held to UP position
One wire will have 12 Volts +
One wire will have Ground -

Switch held in DOWN position
The wire that had 12 Volts + is now Ground -
The wire that had Ground - is now 12 Volts +

If voltage does not "reverse" as shown above,
Test Switch
Or, look for broken wires at the Driver Kick Panel / Door Boot

If voltage & ground checks good on both wires, then the Window Motor is bad.

How long does the power remain at zero volts? If it comes right back to 12V, then I would say it still is a connection issue. If it stays at 0V for quite a while, you have a short in the wiring between the switch and the motor that is tripping the circuit breaker.

I would not recommend replacing the gauges until the sensors sending the signals have been tested first.
As far as the speedometer problem goes, I would check the vehicle speed sensor out first. The sensor is located on the right side of the transmission case just ahead of the rear propeller shaft:

Remove the sensor and check for damage to the driven gear and check for play in the gear shaft. This may cause your speedometer to jump like it does. The best way to check this sensor electrically is to connect a scantool and see if the speed signal is hopping around as well. If the gauge gets a bad signal, it will show a bad signal.

A scantool is a tool that mechanics use to read data that is sent to the computer. It connects to the data connector under the hood and reads information from the computer. If you don't have access to a scantool, you can disconnect the connector at the speed sensor and probe the sensor with a multimeter set on AC voltage. Drive the vehicle and see if the voltage produced by the sensor fluctuates. If it does, the sensor is bad.

As far as reflashing the computer, you can't do this yourself. You will either need to take the truck to the dealership or find a shop that has the equipment that can do this for you.

Basically in this types of cases,you get steady check engine light on dash.The steady check engine light on dash is indication of error code stored in cars computer memory.

More than likely you have the beginning of an intake manifold gasket leaking. As this gets progressively worse the check engine light will illuminate and you will end up with cylinder misfire and a P0171 lean condition code. There is a new redesigned intake manifold gasket. This predominantly only happens when it is cold outside. This is easy to detect when you start the engine and when it is idling rough spray carburetor choke cleaner along the plastic manifold and the cylinder head surface. If its smooths out then you know is leaking. You also need to clean the mass airflow sensor. These are notorious for getting contamination on them. It will cause the vehicle to run extremely lean also.

This problem is noticed on Toyota Avalon car model.Actually many Toyota Avalon car drivers have noticed this same problem.Its a recall problem,called by service center.

This is true. The VVT I feed line/hose assembly gets replaced. It was a really bad idea and all they did was replaced the hose with another piece of rubber hose that supposedly lasts longer. If you're planning on keeping this car long term I would replace the line with the solid steel line that goes from the side of the block all of the way to the cylinder head. The recall only replaces the rubber section of the hose. These are known to rupture and blow out. Hopefully you did not do any damage and got it early enough. You will need to replace the serpentine belt also.

You should be able to get this covered under warranty for the serpentine belt and the VVT I hose. If you want the steel line you would have to pay for that yourself.
