Power Windows not operating on KIA

Its the issue with fuse controlling the power windows

The power window fuse is located in the under hood fuse box.
There will be a key on the underside of the fuse box cover, it will be labeled P/win or pwr/win.
It means power windows. It is a 30 amp fuse.

Power windows not working,this is very common problem,noticed on many care/truck models.Basic troubleshooting from shorted fuse to faulty window switch to shorted window motor is possible.In some cases its shorted /loose wire.There is a rectangular 30 amp circuit breaker, located in the Central Junction [fuse & relay] box. If any of the power windows work, that is not the problem. Best to remove the affected power window switch and check for both power & ground going into the switch. The switch controls both power & ground to the motor. Basically, it sends power and ground to the motor, switching them between the 2 output wires, depending on if you want the window to go up or down. If switch works normally, check for power at the motor connector. If power and ground are found at the motor connector in both directions, change the motor.
