How to troubleshoot the hazard, turn, and stop lights for a 1995 Grand Marquis?

the hazard, turn, and stop lights for a 95 Grand Marquis. If none of these lights are working, the problem is either with the power to the multi-function switch or the switch itself. Note that the center-high brake light should work independently of the multi-function switch or the lighting control module. The power to the multi-function switch comes from fuse 5 and runs on a pink wire with an orange stripe.
The multi-function switch is accessible under the steering column cowl.
