Passenger side Folding Mirror is not operating?

Many car users face this problem.
Ask the helper to control the power fold buttons, while you check closely the passenger mirror. If you  feel or hear even a faint hum of the motor while commanded, try giving it a little help, but don't force it if you think it doesn't have enough power to extend or retract itself. The motor could be really stuck or inoperative.
Sometimes if the mirror has been accidentally or manually folded, it needs to be reset by just pressing on the fold buttons a few rounds and let the mirrors fold by itself. Like an exercise.
If you hear the humming noise whenever the fold buttons are pressed, we can assume that the circuit on that side is ok since it is responding electrically, and that a jammed or stuck mechanism is preventing it to move.
If you don't feel or hear any humming, as in totally no sign of response, then there will be additional considerations before deciding to go for a replacement mirror. You will need to confirm if the fault is on the wirings, a door module, or the mirror motor itself. A scan tool test may be recommended for effective diagnosis.

Its not one but many problems.Its a multiple problem issue,there are many possibilities for this.
The Keyless entry would not change the Electronic chip in your Ignition key. The Ignition key has an embedded Code which requires Special settings a Dealer must do aside from you programming a Blank Key. Just use your Key to mechanically enter the car if in doubt.
The "Check Lights" are telling you that some component is not working properly. It has identified the problem and a Scanner will display the problem for you to repair or replace the bad part.
There is most likely a direct correlation between wetting the engine and the problem. Sometimes it takes a few hours for water to run into the wrong place so you can not discount water from being the problem instead of reprogramming the door-locks.
If your car were running, you could get a free scan at any Autozone, Advance, or Oreilys parts store. Some have tool loaner programs and you need a Scanner.
If you car runs, but idle too slow.Then your TPS could be completely out. Easy to replace and under $25.TPS means throttle position sensor.
Now you say you have fuel pressure, but it could be residual pressure before a safety switch called an "Inertia" sensor cut off the juice to the fuelpump. There is a reset on this part once you locate it. It can disconnect with an impact of closing a door hard or the hood. Usually this switch is behind one of the front kickpanels or under a plastic cover in the cargo area.
The scanner I mentioned can run from $50 to $300 depending on what you want it to check.
You can have the same bad part(TPS) on your car or about 30 or 40 other parts. You need to check what the scanner tells you. You can find the TPS on the air bonnet and it is usually opposite where the throttle linkage moves the Butterfly flap. Usually 2 screws and 1 electric plug. Without removing the TPS, just unplug the connector and put an Ohmmeter on both wiring leads from the part, not the wiring loom of the car.
Without having the key in the Ignition, just turn on the OHMS function and then move the throttle linkage it is associated with. The Ohms should move steadily and if it does not, then that part is bad.

What is EVAP Leak problem on car?

The details are as follows :-----
The EVAP control system includes the fuel tank, fuel filler neck, gas cap, charcoal cannister, evap diagnostic solenoid, purge solenoid, all of the connnecting hoses/lines, ECM and related wiring. Anything that contains fuel that may evaporate (EVAP).
Does the vehicle have a P code for some EVAP problem, like large or small leak, or vent path blocked? Do you have a problem filling the fuel tank or is the Check Engine/ MIL lamp illuminated? If there is a larg or small leak the best way to identify where the leak is located is to use a smoke machine which creates smoke and introduces it into the system and you look for the leak.You will need to close the evaproative diagnostic solenoid using a scan tool or a jumper harness.

How to troubleshoot car problem?

Do not attempt to diagnose a Drivability Symptoms without having a logical plan to use to determine which Engine Control system is the cause of the symptom - this plan should include a way to determine which systems do not have a problem! Drivability symptom diagnosis is a part of an organized approach to problem solving and repair.

To use this list, locate the symptom that matches a particular problem and refer to the areas to test. The items listed under each symptom may not apply to all models, engines or vehicle systems. The repair steps indicate what vehicle component or system to test.


NOTE
The Drivability Symptoms in this list are intended to be generic. While they apply to most vehicles, some vehicles may not have all of the components listed. Refer to other Chilton repair manuals and electronic media for specific tests.

Symptom Diagnosis Test 1 - No Start, Hard Start Condition

NOTE
If there is no spark output or fuel pressure available, check for a failed fuel pump relay, no power to the PCM, or loss of the ignition reference signal to the PCM.

Preliminary Checks

Prior to starting this symptom test routine, inspect these underhood items:



Check battery charge and condition, starter current draw.
Verify the starter relay operation and that the engine cranks (turns over).
Verify the check engine light (MIL) operation - if it does not activate, check the PCM power and ground circuits, and check for 5v supply at the MAP or TP sensor.
Check Air Intake system for restrictions (inspect air inlet tubes, air filter for dirt, etc.).
Check the status of the Smart Key Immobilizer System (SKIM) with the Scan Tool.

Symptom Diagnosis Test 2 - Rough, Low Or High Idle Speed Condition

NOTE
If the vehicle has a rough idle and the base timing, idle speed and the IAC (or AIS) motor operates properly, check the engine for excessive carbon buildup.

Preliminary Checks

Prior to starting this symptom test routine, inspect these underhood items:



All related vacuum lines for proper routing and integrity.
All related electrical connectors and wiring harnesses for faults (Wiggle Test).
Check the throttle linkage for a sticking or binding condition.
Air Intake system for restrictions (air inlet tubes, dirty air filter, etc.).
Search for any technical service bulletins related to this symptom.
Turn the key to off. Unplug the MAP sensor connection and restart the engine to recheck for the idle concern. If the condition is gone, replace the MAP sensor.

2Step Description: Condition does not exist! » Inspect various underhood items that could cause an intermittent surge condition (check for leaks in the MAP sensor vacuum lines). » Were any problems located in this step-Correct the problems. Do a PCM reset and "Fuel Trim Relearn" procedure. Then verify condition is repaired.The problem is not present at this time.It may be an intermittent problem.
3Step Description: Check/compare PID values » Connect a Scan Tool to the test connector. » Start the engine and allow it to fully warmup. » Monitor all related PIDs on Scan Tool (HO2S switching, LONGFT, and the TCC operation) » Compare VSS PID reading to speedometer. » Were all PIDs within their normal range-Go to Step 4.Note: Verify that the front HO2S responds quickly to throttle changes. Check for silicon contamination on the front HO2S (this can cause a rich A/F signal).One or more of the PIDs are out of range when compared to "known good" values. Make repairs to the system that is out of range, then retest for the symptom.
4Step Description: Check the Ignition System » Inspect the coils for signs of spark leakage at coil towers or primary connections. » Check the spark output with a spark tester. » Test Ignition system with an engine analyzer. » Were any faults found in the Ignition system-Make repairs as neededGo to Step 5.
