Chevy Fuel pressure

How to relieve fuel pressure

The procedure shown below for old model Chevrolet Corvette

Remove the  fuel pump relay and crank the engine until the pressure is gone.
Another procedure is to place a rag over the schrader valve on the fuel rail and, with a small screwdriver, push the center of the valve and release the pressure there.

See the fuel pump components image below :-----

These details will help.

Thanks.

OBD code P0191 and car runs rich?

The code P0191 means fuel rail pressure wrong. Its controlled by fuel pressure sensor.
The rail pressure sensor is bad. Thats why its running so rich. The computer is running the fuel pump way too much based on the rail pressure being wrong. Go to the local auto parts store and get the sensor replaced. This sensor is faulty causing the problem.
