Headlight relay burning out again and again?

Headlight relay or any other relays in car, truck, jeep burns out again and again in few days or in few months.
This problem is caused by short in fuse box.
Pull the relay and inspect the pin sockets in the fuse block for any burning or melting or loose fit.
Or the other possibility is buying cheap parts or low budget parts/.
Are you using OEM relays to replace or are they aftermarket?
If you are using local auto part store relays, then
Try one from the dealer after you inspect the pin socket for fit, you can cut part of the old relay off and use it to feel how tight the fit it. It should take a fair amount of effort to slide the pin in and out of the socket. Look down into the socket and see if it is burnt, the block will need to be replaced if it is.
This above mentioned details will help you to confirm the problem.

Drive Axle replacing cost for ISUZU Rodeo?

The drive axle is not very costly part.

The Axle Shaft assembly sells for around $70 (in stock at Advanced Auto Parts) and the labor time guide calls for just under 3 hours to complete the job. Labor rates vary from shop to shop, so what you pay for labor will effect the cost. For a job of this type, a "fair" labor rate can be anywhere from $75-$95 per hour.
See below the image for drive axle.

Replacing Front Seat on 1998 toyota 4 runner?

Its not very hard.
Its all fitted with bolts.Mostly this bolts are easily removed by simple bolt remover tool. But in some rare cases the bolt are of different types and needs special tool to remove the bolts.
The tool is easily available at local auto parts stores.
There are four bolts on each seat. Roll the seat back and undo the front bolts, then move the seat forward and undo the rear bolts.
After the bolts are removed, don't directly lift the seat out.First Tip the seat forward and unplug the wires to the seats.
The procedure will not take more then 30 minutes .The hardest part is lifting the seats because they are backward. There are little plastic covers over the bolts. Lift up and pull off.
This procedure will help you,to replace the seats in your vehicle.

OBD code P0191 and car runs rich?

The code P0191 means fuel rail pressure wrong. Its controlled by fuel pressure sensor.
The rail pressure sensor is bad. Thats why its running so rich. The computer is running the fuel pump way too much based on the rail pressure being wrong. Go to the local auto parts store and get the sensor replaced. This sensor is faulty causing the problem.
