This will open the Flash Player web site containing the latest Flash Player.
Make sure you uncheck the box next to Include in your download if you do not wish to have a Google toolbar installed as well. Then all you have to do is click Download now.
The following page will open:
Right click on the security bar below your tabs and select Install This Add-on for All Users on This Computer...
After that an Internet Explorer - Security Warning window will be displayed, click Install.
Flash Player will now begin installing, let it complete.
Once installed, you may need to reboot your PC (I recommend that you do).
Now you should be able to stream internet videos in your web browser like normal. Every now and then check to see if a new version of flash player is available on their website.
