Car steering wheel makes noise?

Many car owners come with this kind of problem,that there car steering wheel makes noise while driving.

If it makes the noise sitting still by turning the wheel back and forth you can try this.

Get another person to crank the wheel back and forth, by putting you hand on the gear or steering column you should be able to feel it in your hand. Sometimes we use a stethoscope to pinpoint the noise.

Your system is the bottom one. As you can see many parts to make noise. Just need to narrow it down.
