The first thing to check in this case is fuses.
The fuses needs to be checked.
Start by checking the ECAS fuse in the underhood fuse panel and the 4WD fuse in the rear fuse panel (under the drivers side rear seat).
If both fuses have power then the compressor has likely failed. There are ride height sensors for both the left and right sides, so if the problem was one of the sensors then the other side would still air up. The compressor will need to be replaced to fix the problem.
