How to replace Supercharger On Ford Mustang?

The details to replace Ford Mustang Supercharger are as follows:---


Supercharger
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION Procedure is mentioned below:--

1. Release the fuel system pressure.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
3. Remove the 4 nuts and the strut tower cross brace.
4. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise and detach the drive belt from the Supercharger (SC) pulley.

To install:

NOTE

Install a new gasket.

1. Position the SC gasket on the lower intake manifold dowels.
2. Position the SC and install the bolts. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in 2 stages:
   1. Stage 1: Tighten to 44 inch lbs. (5 Nm).
   2. Stage 2: Tighten to 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm).

3. Connect the SC bubbler hose and the SC bypass vacuum actuator vacuum connector.
4. Install the fuel rail.
5. Install the EGR system module.
6. Rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise and attach the drive belt to the SC pulley.
7. Install the strut tower cross brace and the 4 nuts. Tighten to 26 ft. lbs. (35 Nm).
8. Connect the battery ground cable.
