Blower Motor Replacing for Ford F series Models.
F150 1/2 ton P/U 2WD/ 4WD
F250 Super Duty P/U 2WD/4WD

Removal & Installation:---
Remove the RH lower A-pillar trim panel.
Position aside the carpet below the blower motor.
Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
Remove the 3 blower motor screws.
Remove the blower motor.
Remove the blower motor wheel clip.
Remove the blower motor wheel.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Vehicles with 6.0L Diesel:
- Remove the retainers and the insulator.
Fig. Remove the retainers and the insulator-F-250 and F-350 w/6.0L diesel - Disconnect the electrical connector from the vacuum pump.
- Remove the bolts.
Fig. Vacuum pump-F-250 and F-350 w/6.0L diesel - Disconnect the vacuum hose and remove the vacuum pump and mounting bracket.
Vehicles with 5.4L and 6.8L:
- Disconnect the speed control servo connector.
Fig. Speed control servo-F-250 and F-350 w/5.4L and 6.8L engines - Remove the bolts and remove the speed control servo.
All vehicles:
- Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
- Remove the blower motor ventilation tube.
- Remove the screws and remove the blower motor.
NOTEIf the wheel is to be reused, clean the corrosion from the shaft end prior to removing the wheel.
- Remove the wheel from the blower motor.
- Remove the push clip.
- Remove the wheel from the blower motor.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
