How to replace Oil Pressure Sensor on 2008 Honda Odyssey?

Oil Pressure Sensor replacing details are as follows :----

Removal & Installation



Specific to:
Honda Odyssey 2007-2008
  1. Disconnect the oil pressure switch wiring harness.
  2. Remove the oil pressure switch.
To install:
  1. Installation is the reverse order of removal.
  2. 2008 J35A6 Engines: Install the switch with a new O-ring.

Testing



Specific to:
Honda Odyssey 2007-2008
  1. Remove the oil pressure switch, then install an oil pressure gauge.
  2. Start the engine. Shut it off immediately if the gauge registers no oil pressure. Repair the problem before continuing.
  3. Allow the engine to reach operating temperature (fan comes on at least twice).
  4. If oil pressure is not within specifications, inspect these items:

    Blocking of oil filter
    Blocking of oil screen
    Inspect the oil pressure relief valve
    Inspect the oil pump
