Driver side Cigarette lighter not working on 2003 GMC Yukon XL

There are two lighters on 2003 GMC Yukon XL series.One is passenger side and other is driver side.
There are two fuses that protects the cigarette lighter circuits.Check both fuse first.
The fuse details and diagram is shown below.

There are two fuses that protect the front IP power outlet or lighter plugs. At the underhood fuse block, labeled CIG LTR 15amps and AUX PWR 20amps. See red arrows on diagram below.
The fuse on the driver side door fuse block labeled AUX PWR2 20amps protects the rear lighter plugs.
