First of all i will say, entire dash assembly needs to be removed to get to the passenger side air bag,
The air bag is 12" x 14" oval cover to the passenger side.

Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement
Removal Procedure
Disconnect the battery ground negative cable.
Disable the SIR system.
Remove the instrument panel (IP) insulators.
Remove the LH and RH carpet retainers.
Remove the windshield side upper garnish moldings.
Remove the IP upper trim panel.
Remove the front floor console, if equipped.
Remove the steering column opening filler.
Remove the knee bolster.
Remove the steering column.
Remove the IP cluster trim plate.
Remove the radio.
Remove the HVAC control assembly.
Remove the IP cluster.
Remove the headlamp switch.
Remove the instrument cluster HUD dimmer switch, if equipped.
Remove the instrument cluster HUD display, if equipped.
Remove the driver information center.
Remove the IP compartment.
Remove the IP compartment lamp switch.
Remove the inside air temperature sensor, if equipped.
- Remove the IP trim pad bolts at the windshield.
- Remove the left side lower trim pad mounting bolts (1).
- Remove the IP cluster pocket mounting bolt (1).
- Position the IP wiring harness aside.
- Remove the IP trim pad from the vehicle.
Install the instrument panel (IP) trim pad to the vehicle.
Reposition the IP wiring harness.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
Install the upper IP trim pad bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 5 N·m (44 lb in).
Install the IP cluster pocket bolt (1).
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 5 N·m (44 lb in).
Install the left side lower IP bolts (1).
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
Install the steering column.
Install the knee bolster.
Install the steering column opening filler.
Install the front floor console, if equipped.
Install the IP upper trim panel.
Install the windshield side upper garnish moldings.
Install the IP insulators.
Install the IP compartment lamp.
Install the IP compartment.
Install the driver information center.
Install the instrument cluster HUD display, if equipped.
Install the instrument cluster HUD dimmer switch, if equipped.
Install the headlamp switch.
Install the air temperature sensor, if equipped.
Install the IP cluster.
Install the HVAC control assembly.
Install the radio system.
Install the IP trim plate.
Install the carpet retainers.
Connect the battery ground negative cable.
