Tires jump when brakes are applied?

Its the problem with tire alignment.The tires balance needs to be inspected.
Take it to an alignment shop and let them know, they will adjust it so it doesnot cut too much.

Change bottom ball joints and both outer tire rod end with the alignment.This will help in getting the problem solved.
